How Can I Help You!

My story begins with my grandparents. Yeah, I know, how does this fit in with real estate? Well, it starts off with them teaching us how to be “bargainers” and how to negotiate on any deal.

My family are huge “bargain shoppers” We love to go out and find the BEST deal on ANYTHING, no matter what it is. If they’re selling it for $2, we can get it down to .50 cents Watch us negotiate and work our magic. It runs through our blood, we can’t help it. :)

How does this help me as an agent? Well, I actually don't have a clue if its why I'm a good agent or not. But, I guess being brought up like this make me love the “chase of the hunt” I get a thrill out of. It’s everything about it. It’s starts by getting you set up with a lender, going out and finding your “dream home,” to negotiations with the other agent, and dealing with inspections/appraisals, then back and forth with lenders. It’s EVERYTHING! The excitement of knowing that YOU as my client [and my friend] will be in the home that you can entertain in, raise your children , or even raise your fur babies in. It’s what makes it all worthwhile!

I love the whole experience and the adventure of real estate. The partnership between us that we get to build, it’s amazing. I enjoy seeing people truly happy and the moment you open the front door to your new house is the best feeling in the world...
