This one had its share of twists and turns (our skeleton friend can tell you all about waiting on the appraisal 💀😂), but we kept working through it and got it across the finish line! 🙌

It was such a joy working with this family, and I can't wait to watch their three little ones grow up in their new home. ❤️

Huge thanks to the team that made it happen 👏

🏡 SOLD!

Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their new home! I truly enjoyed working with them throughout this process, just genuinely great people, and I’m grateful they trusted me to help them get to the closing table.

A big thank you as well to Beth Eaton with Coldwell Banker for being great to work with on the other side of the transaction. A smooth co-op can make such a difference, and I appreciated working together to get this one across the finish line.

To my buyers — thank you for choosing me and Howard Hanna | The Stasel Group to represent you. I’m excited for you and everything ahead in your new home! 🏠🔑
