Finally, my 8-hour jump start real estate course was converted to a training manual and it just published on Amazon yesterday!!! It took 3 years to compile 35 years of experience into a handbook, but I’m glad it’s finally done. I’m planning to throw a launch party at Susan’s Party Room (date TBD) and plan to invite all the local brokers and their “newbies”. If you’re a broker and have newly licensed agents that want to come, let me know. I welcome all of you. Refreshments will be served.

Because of the pandemic, all of my classes were obviously suspended. I hesitated to start them up in person again because, well, everyone is learning on line and since I’ve been wanting to publish my course for years , I decided to go that route instead. I am 90% done. The book is going to be live on Amazon soon. I will keep you posted right before it goes live.
