A graduate of Fordham University and later Fordham Law School, Devon started his distinguished trial career at the Manhattan Trial Unit of the Office of the Corporation Counsel, City of New York in 1981. In 1987 (until 2007), he joined a major New York Law firm (Pasternack Popish & Reiff PC) as a Senior Partner to head its then fledgling Negligence Department which grew from its enduring workers’

compensation practice. In 2007, Devon opened up his own practice in order to give his personal attention and work ethic to his clientele. He practices in the following areas of law: Trial Practice, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Construction Site Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Drug and Medical Device Litigation, Environmental Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Mediation.
