Big things are taking shape in Tribeca! Outsource Consultants, Inc. is proud to be supporting the permitting process for a proposed 28-story residential development at 21 Park Place in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The planned 325-foot-tall tower will deliver 25 residences and add a striking new presence to the downtown skyline. “Ground-up projects in New York City require a deep understanding of both the regulatory landscape and the construction process,” said Rafael Rolon, Project Executive at Outsource Consultants, Inc. “With a development of this scale in Tribeca, early coordination and a thoughtful permitting strategy are critical. Many of you may remember him from his time with us from 2010–2020, where he started as a Field Technician and quickly rose to the role of Project Coordinator.
