When negligence leads to life-changing injuries, the impact can be overwhelming, physically, emotionally, and financially. Our team is proud to have secured a $3,800,000 settlement for a client who suffered severe spinal injuries after being involved in a crash with a municipal vehicle.

Cases like this highlight the importance of thorough investigation, strong advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to securing the resources clients need for ongoing care and recovery.

The next time your teen opens up their Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, there will be new safety features in place. Meta says its Teen Accounts’ new 13+ content settings are expanding globally on those platforms. And it's testing a new way to help ensure teens aren’t seeing certain types of content repeatedly.

The tech company says it realizes what is trending and it wants to limit any harmful content shown. Meta points to posts about nutrition, weightlifting and coping with anxiety. Meta says it's testing ways to limit how many times teens see these types of posts, and then balance that with others. This includes in reels and feeds

The Knicks are coming back to New York City for Game 3 of the NBA Finals on tonight — and ecstatic fans are expected to gather across the city to cheer on the red-hot team.

City and federal authorities have ruled out a watch party outside Madison Square Garden for Monday's game. The NYPD told Gothamist the decision was made in coordination with the Secret Service because of President Donald Trump's visit.

Crowd safety experts who spoke to Gothamist said fans should take advantage of the moment and celebrate with fellow New Yorkers if they are so inspired. They also offered tips on staying safe in the charged, sometimes euphoric atmosphere.
