Congratulations to Associate Diandra Archibald and the Jones Jones team on securing a major Board Panel victory with the successful disallowance of an idiopathic injury claim.

After the claim was initially established, Jones Jones successfully argued on appeal that the alleged injury was idiopathic in nature and did not arise from employment. The Board Panel reversed the prior decision and fully disallowed the claim, saving the client more than $100,000 in potential indemnity and medical exposure.
