In addition to a thriving criminal and civil law practice, Arthur often guest lectures at law schools, including Harvard Law School where he had been side by side with Professor Alan Dershowitz. I spoke with about the case involving Luigi Mangione, and I made clear that, based on what’s already in evidence, the prosecution has a strong path ahead.
As I said, “His diary is in evidence. His gun is in evidence.

At some point reality sets in.” I also noted that there is “more evidence against Mangione than there was against O.J. Simpson,” while acknowledging how unpredictable juries can be in high-profile cases. Ultimately, I emphasized that “the case will be won or lost on jury selection.”
