Often victims of sexual assault wish to proceed in litigation under a pseudonym like Jane or John Doe. A defendant has a right to challenge that status. But, that challenge is despicable when the defendant is an institution of higher learning that is responsible for the sexual assault through the college’s gross negligence. How do you think the student body of the college will feel about the college’s effort to force a r**e victim to be named publicly?

This show of force was an absolute disgrace. If sergeants and lieutenants cannot be trusted not to make such an awful decision they why do they have the title of sergeant or lieutenant? And the criminal prosecution is likely an overreaction and a sham. @ 45th Street
