Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Assist attorneys with family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare forms, filing packages, cover letters, and supporting exhibits.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required documents and information.
• Monitor case deadlines, filing dates, and USCIS correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Conduct legal and procedural research as directed by attorneys.
• Track case status and provide timely updates to attorneys and clients.
• Assist with preparation for interviews, hearings, and other immigration proceedings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an immigration paralegal preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures and USCIS filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case-management software.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a legal team.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
