Just closed in Windsor Terrace 🔑

This studio at 100 Ocean Parkway went into contract last summer and officially closed last month.

Like many NYC transactions, the process came with a few unexpected hurdles along the way. Navigating those challenges and getting the deal across the finish line is always the most rewarding part of the job.
