ArtCondo.com is a political, grassroots artists' project to help artists break into economic power relationships they are usually excluded from, and to help them reduce their rental burdens and gain greater economic freedom. ArtCondo has experience organizing artists, broad reaching resources to help Artists realize their building buying goals and specialized real estate expertise in real estate sales, development and financing. ArtCondo is founded by Michele Gambetta, an artist and real estate professional licensed at BOND NY, a Manhattan real estate brokerage, experienced at finding underutilized properties, buying and selling commercial and residential real estate, and securing commercial mortgages. Getting mortgages will be difficult for artists - especially groups of them - but it IS possible. Michele brings grassroots arts organizing and fundraising talents to ArtCondo from her experience organizing the RIDER Projects from 2001-2008, and the Art-Anon.org artists critique group.
