ago, I arrived in New York City as a Vice President at a major Wall Street Bank and fell deeply and totally in love with this marvelous city. Twenty three (23) years ago, after raising my daughter in Manhattan, I joined the world of Manhattan real estate with the same love and passion. I have owned and renovated countless personal residences all over the city including a brownstone in Brooklyn in 1985, before it was all the rage. Born in Cuba, I have traveled most of the world and have lived in many places, including the Caribbean and Europe. My insatiable interest in history, art, languages and other cultures has broadened my sensitivity to their many nuances, tastes and unique financial requirements. In 1991, I founded and, was President of, The Arias and Vanda Gallery in what was then, Czechoslovakia. The Arias and Vanda Gallery was the first privately held, non-government controlled, art gallery to open in Czechoslovakia after the fall of Communism. It was recognized by the Czechoslovakian Ministry of Culture as one of the most important institutions to set the pace for a new age in the country. My love for real estate, for all of New York City and my background in finance and multinational lending, are a perfect combination when assisting customers in their search for a home here. I have a Masters in Economics with strong finance experience which enables me to easily navigate the rigorous requirements of this unique market. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and can converse in Portuguese. But, most importantly, I am able to relate to many cultures and their needs. My philosophy when assisting clients, is first and foremost, the optimization of their resources, the satisfaction of their needs and wants and the protection of the trust they place in me. I have been fortunate to count my clients as personal friends during and after the deal is done. My complete loyalty to my clients is what moves me when working with them. Their friendship and gratitude is my most valued reward. Nestor Noyola
