Kinda chic…

So grateful for where I am today. The journey was not easy. Late nights, tears, stress, sleepless nights—but by the Grace of GOD, here we are.

I get to do both—a successful attorney and present mom and wife.

I used to be complain, I used to strive, I used to be weary in pushing forward. But Jesus stored me and gave me a fresh perspective. I am grateful for the journey and hopeful for the things yet to come. 🤍🙏

She Loved Jesus & Her Country too. 250 years. 🇺🇸❤️

How blessed we are to live in a nation founded on the God-given truth that freedom is a gift—not from government, but from our Creator.

Our forefathers stood with extraordinary courage, believing that liberty was worth fighting for and that our rights came from God alone.

Because of their sacrifice, generations after them have been able to worship freely, speak boldly, raise our families, build businesses, pursue our callings, and dream without fear.

America has never been perfect. No nation is. But I will always be grateful to live in a country where freedom still gives us the opportunity to seek God, serve others, and leave a legacy for the next generation.

This weekend, as we celebrate 250 years, my prayer is that we never take those blessings for granted. May we continue to be a people who seek truth, protect liberty, and remember that “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” Psalm 33:12.

Happy 250th Birthday, America.

May God continue to bless this nation. 🇺🇸❤️

Monday wasn’t just a dinner.

It was a moment.

A reminder of exactly why I created CEO Mom Collective.

I wanted to create a room where ambitious women feel safe. Women who are mothers, wives, partners, daughters, sisters, and leaders. Women who pursue big dreams while loving their families deeply.

Because legacy isn’t just about what you leave behind financially. It’s about the lives you impact, the courage you inspire, the example you set, and the way you make people feel.

I’m a lawyer by day, but that isn’t what defines me. The titles I hold and the work I do aren’t what I hope people remember.

What matters most is whether I lived out the purpose God placed on my life.

And if part of that purpose is encouraging other women to step boldly into theirs, then that is an assignment I will gladly accept.

Monday night reminded me that these aren’t just dinners.

They are rooms where women are seen.

Heard.

Encouraged.

Challenged.

Celebrated.

Where meaningful relationships are built and women realize they don’t have to choose between ambition and motherhood.

When the right women gather around the right table, something powerful happens.

Thank you to every woman who said yes to being in the room. Your stories, vulnerability, wisdom, and encouragement made the evening unforgettable.

And a heartfelt thank you to Ana of Memories by Ana Photography for beautifully capturing every detail, every conversation, and every special moment. Through your lens, we’ll always be able to relive what was so much more than a dinner.

We’re only getting started. 🤍

Not sure I even have the words to fully capture what tonight’s CEO Mom Collective event felt like.

A year ago, I remember sitting with nothing more than an idea, a prayer, and a vision for a community. A place where ambitious women could gather without judgment. A place where motherhood, career, business, dreams, struggles, faith, success, and failure could all exist in the same room.

CEO Mom Collective isn’t just for mothers.

It’s for the woman who refuses to shrink.

The woman building a career, a business, a family, a dream—or simply rebuilding herself.

The woman who is unapologetically ambitious.

We are women with big hearts, big dreams, and even bigger faith in what is possible.

We are the women who answer the phone when someone is struggling.

The women who sit on the bathroom floor beside a friend while she cries.

The women who remind each other who we are when we’ve forgotten.

The women who celebrate each other’s wins as loudly as our own because we know there is enough room at the table for all of us.

Tonight wasn’t about networking.

It wasn’t about business cards.

It wasn’t about titles.

It was about connection.

Real connection.

Every story shared. Every vulnerable moment. Every tear. Every laugh. Every dream spoken out loud.

We sat with the fear, the baggage, the disappointments, the lessons, and the victories.

And we honored them all.

Tonight was a reflection of the kind of women I prayed would find this community.

Strong.

Compassionate.

Driven.

Authentic.

Women who show up for each other.

Women who refuse to do life alone.

My heart is incredibly full tonight.

Thank you to every woman who walked through those doors and made this evening what it was.

And most importantly, a huge thank you to Danielle and her team, owner of Butter + Brie for perfectly curating this evening and bringing my vision to life. Tonight was perfectly crafted and it wouldn’t have been possible without you. This will be hard to match—I am forever grateful.

This is CEO Mom Collective and this is only the beginning. 🤍

A little about me...

I’m Alessandra. A wife, mom of two girls, litigator by day, entrepreneur by night, and a woman who refuses to believe that motherhood and ambition are mutually exclusive.

For nearly a decade, I’ve built my career as an attorney while also pursuing the entrepreneurial dreams God placed on my heart. Through my private practice, I had the opportunity to work with and support countless women in business, helping them protect, grow, and build the companies they dreamed of creating.

What I quickly realized was that women need more than legal guidance. We need community. We need connection. We need rooms where our ambition is celebrated instead of questioned.

That realization led me to create Alessandra Liana Consulting and ultimately CEO Mom Collective, a community designed for ambitious women and mothers who want to pursue their goals unapologetically while supporting one another along the way.

I am incredibly honored to have recently been named one of KNOW Women’s Top 50 Women to KNOW in New York. To be recognized alongside so many remarkable women is both humbling and inspiring.

But the truth is, this recognition isn’t about me.

It’s about what happens when women stop shrinking, stop apologizing, and start stepping fully into who they were created to be.

The right room doesn’t come to you. You just have to know where to sit.

And I am deeply passionate about creating those rooms.

Rooms filled with ambitious women.

Rooms filled with meaningful conversations.

Rooms filled with possibility, encouragement, connection, and growth.

Rooms where women leave believing bigger things are possible for themselves than when they walked in.

We’re just getting started. 🤍

There is something incredibly powerful about getting the right women in the right room.

And that is exactly what this evening is about.

I am so excited to officially invite you to our next CEO Mom Collective intimate evening in collaboration with Butter + Brie in Pleasantville — a beautiful French-inspired experience designed for ambitious women, mothers in business, founders, creatives and professionals who are craving meaningful connection, expansion, support and community.

This collaboration means so much to me because it represents two women coming together with a shared vision:

to create intentional spaces where women can gather unapologetically, celebrate one another, speak honestly about both the wins and the challenges, and grow alongside other like-minded women who truly understand the balancing act of motherhood, ambition, business and life.

No judgment.
No competition.
No shrinking yourself.
No pretending.

Just elevated conversations, powerful connection, incredible energy and a room full of women who are building, growing and evolving together.

The owners of Butter + Brie are curating a special tasting menu exclusively for our evening featuring charcuterie, delicacies, wine and all the French Riviera summer vibes. Think chic, feminine, flirty, elevated and unforgettable.

✨ Attire Requirement: French Riviera

This evening is intentionally limited to ONLY 25 women because we want this to remain intimate, meaningful and curated.

And truthfully… these spots are going to go FAST.

If this speaks to you, I encourage you to reserve your seat ASAP.

Mompreneur life but make it intentional.

I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life. Mom. Wife. Lawyer. Consultant. PTA volunteer. Class mom. Event planner. Italian eldest daughter (which is basically a full-time job on its own).

And for a long time, it felt like I had to be everything, everywhere, all at once.

But the truth is, I don’t juggle anymore.

I’ve learned how to own every role I step into.

There’s a version of me that walks into a courtroom. A version of me that shows up for my kids. A version of me that builds businesses, hosts dinners, plans events, leads rooms.

And none of them cancel each other out and they sure as heck don’t happen at the same time anymore.

They all exist because I decided I don’t have to shrink one part of my life to succeed in another.

This is what my life looks like. Full. Intentional. Layered. Real. Sometimes crazy 😉

Not perfect. But fully mine.

And I wouldn’t trade a single hat. 🤍

Allow me to reintroduce myself.

Hi! I’m Alessandra. The girl you see in this photo? Yeah, well…we didn’t start here. Keep reading.

You see, I started as a corporate girl in Fortune 100 HR, sitting in boardrooms, navigating high-stakes employment issues, and learning how businesses actually operate behind the scenes. I saw power, structure, leadership and also where things broke down.

And I paid attention.

At night, I went to law school while working full time. No shortcuts. No handouts. Just discipline, sacrifice, and a vision I couldn’t ignore.

I became a lawyer. I stepped into litigation. I built a career inside courtrooms, negotiations, strategy, and pressure. The kind of environment that forces you to think differently, move differently, lead differently.

But here’s what no one tells you.

Success on paper doesn’t always equal alignment in your life.

So I built something of my own.

I became a business owner. A founder. A woman who decided she was no longer going to operate inside systems that weren’t built for the life she actually wanted.

And now, I am the founder of CEO Mom Collective.

This is not just a brand. It’s a movement.

A space where women feel like they belong to something bigger. Where purpose isn’t just a word, it’s something you feel so deeply it becomes impossible to ignore. Where you stop hesitating and start executing on what you know the Lord called you to do.

CEO Mom is a collective of women, moms and not, who are building with intention, impact, and legacy in mind.

At CEO Mom Co., we give women the tools, the structure, and the strategy through consulting and community to step into their purpose unapologetically. Because it took me years to get here, and I know what it feels like to do it without the right support.

You don’t have to do it alone.

I’m so glad you’re here, because we have a lot to build.

Welcome to your CEO era.

You were always meant for this. 🤍
