IF U.S. IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE) AGENTS APPROACH YOU, PLEASE CARRY THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WITH YOU:

Please carry your G-28 signed by your attorney, as well as, your attorney’s business card at all times to present in case you are stopped by an ICE agent.

Please carry with you at all times proof of any pending applications or petitions before USCIS or Court.

If you have been SIJS qualified or have a pending I-360, please carry proof of the pending petition. SIJS classification is statutory parole.

If you have a pending asylum before USCIS under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA), please carry proof of the UAC classification and pending asylum application.

Nëse keni një aplikim për azil në pritje në USCIS sipas Aktit të Mbrojtjes së Viktimave të Trafikimit (TVPRA), ju lutem mbani me vete provën e klasifikimit UAC dhe aplikimit për azil në pritje.

Por favor, lleve siempre consigo el formulario G-28 firmado por su abogado, así como la tarjeta de presentación de su abogado, para presentarlos en caso de que un agente de ICE lo detenga.

Por favor, lleve siempre consigo pruebas de cualquier solicitud o petición pendiente ante USCIS o el Tribunal.

Si ha sido calificado para SIJS o tiene una petición I-360 pendiente, por favor lleve consigo prueba de la petición pendiente. La clasificación SIJS es una autorización de permanencia legal por estatuto.
