I have been finding the right solution for those under my care for over two decades. During that time, I have worked supporting the largest TV/Internet providers in NYC where I won numerous awards and trained others on how to solve issues and deliver quality. I have since taken my skills to the healthcare industry where I help families with special needs. These families have to deal with healthcare providers more than others and I was able to navigate their complex issues in the best way possible, with care and attention. I have become a realtor because I honestly love helping people. I get wrapped up in their problems by taking the time to imagine what they are going through. I was a first-time homebuyer, and I learned a lot of valuable lessons that I want to share with others. So, now I know exactly what a buyer is dealing with. My duty will be to help people navigate the process with the same skills that I have used these past 20 years. My story
I have over 20 years of customer-facing experience. I worked for over a decade as a technical support agent. During that time, I learned how to take the challenges that people presented to me, and I not only solved those problems I built relationships. I was even given the privilege to train other agents on how to succeed in exceeding customer expectations. With these successes, I moved through positions and was able to learn even more about how to treat those who gave me their trust. I am committed to bringing that passion for success and premier customer service to the Hudson Valley. Eleven years ago, I took part in a program that took community college students from across the country and gave them an opportunity to attend a summer session at a prestigious university. The program is known as Exploring Transfer, or E.T., and it is hosted at Vassar College located in Poughkeepsie, NY. It was during this extremely rewarding program that I met my wife. A large part of the person that I am today was started that year in the Hudson Valley. I moved my family to the Hudson Valley five years ago from NYC to give us room to grow. Since then, we have become avid campers. We spend many weekends exploring this beautiful valley and all that it has to offer. Some of my favorite mornings are spent taking my six-year-old daughter on hikes all around. During the pandemic, our ability to roam free was a great gift during such trying times. I think our dog who runs around our backyard appreciates our space the most. Having grown up in Queens & Brooklyn apartments - we are so grateful to have a house that gives us the space and natural environment we desired. It doesn’t hurt that I never have to circle the block looking for a parking space or take my laundry up three flights of stairs anymore. Even after five years of living here, I remember the struggle was real in the city. Yet, since we still have friends & family in the city - it is only a short car ride or train ride away. The thing that surprised me the most about living in the Hudson Valley was the food. I love dining out and I particularly love brunch. When we were in the initial stage of moving my biggest concern was “will I be able to get amazing food as I could in NYC. I am going, to be honest with you and say that a lot of the food I have tried here is better than in NYC, except for the pizza. I want to help people grow as I have and explore this wonderful space.
