🚨 USCIS POLICY UPDATE 🚨

USCIS has announced a major policy change regarding Adjustment of Status applications. According to the new guidance, Adjustment of Status may now be granted only in “extraordinary circumstances” in certain cases.

What does this mean?
Individuals currently in the U.S. on temporary visas, including tourist, student, and work visas, may be expected to complete their immigrant visa process through a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad instead of adjusting status inside the United States.

⚖️ Important to know:
• This does NOT automatically mean all Adjustment of Status cases will be denied.
• Every immigration case is unique and will continue to be reviewed individually.
• Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens may still have important options available.
