So you want to be an entrepreneur, huh? The audacity!4 years ago I left the comfort of a corporate job and opened my law firm. It’s been a hard, rewarding experience, and I need more. I need to grow the firm (without working 26 hours per day) but I’ve not been sure of how to do that. I’ve been feeling like I have the ingredients, but not the recipe.So I took a risk this week—Audacity again! After interviewing 4 coaches and their references, I hired a business coach. Someone who will hold me accountable and help me reach my growth goals. As someone who drafts and reads contracts for a living, reading her’s made me nervous because it’s an uncertain chapter and she gets paid whether my business grows or not. But my corporate experience has taught me one important lesson - grow or die. So, here we go… Audacity unlocked! I’ll share my coaching journey.
