The session, which Mike will present with Michael Pepe of Saxe, Doernberger & Vita P.C., “Runaway Jury Verdicts,” will take place on the first day of the conference at 3:00 p.m.

In honor of Adopt-a-Shelter month (October), CMOC, a dog-friendly law firm, has committed to an annual Kennel Sponsorship at Paws Crossed Animal Rescue Inc.. Paws Crossed Animal Rescue is a true no-kill shelter located in Elmsford.

Its mission is to "Rescue One by One Until There are None."​ Through this mission, they rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome orphaned pets. CMOC is helping them provide a loving and nurturing environment for animals in their care.

Today, we celebrate one year since we opened our doors on East Post Road in White Plains, New York. In just a short time, we expanded from three attorneys – the founders – to more than 30 in five offices: three in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
