Companies are receiving tens of billions of dollars in tariff refunds following a Supreme Court ruling that invalidated President Trump's global tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The government estimates $166 billion is owed, and billions have already been processed and deposited through the online CAPE portaloperated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
