Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Equity Homes Realty Inc. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing expert guidance through the entire sales process, networking to find new clients, and keeping up-to-date with local and national real estate trends. The Real Estate Agent will also guide clients through negotiations, inspections, and other critical steps in the real estate process in an ethical and professional manner.

Qualifications
-Experience as a a Real Estate Agent or a similar role.
-Current, active real estate license in the state of operation.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to research and present market analysis to support pricing recommendations.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Proven track record of success, including sales volume and client satisfaction.
-High School Diploma or Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
-Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in real estate.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently and effectively.
-Proficiency in using tools such as online databases, real estate software, and social media to support the sales process.

Pay:
Comission Base.
