We are thrilled to have Anthony Bracco and Brian Sanvidge of Anchin Accountants & Consultants as our White Collar Support Group's® February 2026 Tuesday Night Speaker Series presenters to discuss Early Retention of Financial Experts in White Collar Proceedings. The presentation, which is open to justice-impacted people, family, friends, professionals, clients, colleagues and anyone interested will take place via Zoom on Feb. 24, 2026 at 7 PM ET (4 PM PT).

Retaining financial experts early on in a case significantly increases your options, strategy, and chances of successful outcomes. Early retention of experts can also reduce the cost of the engagement, allow assistance with planning discovery (including e-discovery) and data analysis, and provide early information that may drive a settlement. During this presentation Anthony and Brian will discuss the ways in which a financial expert can assist in building a strong defense, why it is important to retain your expert early, and challenges they have faced when not being retained early.
