Klein Greco congratulates the Murphy Brothers Contracting team for its closing with Tompkins Community Bank to finance the expansion of its Mamaroneck facility. KGA partner Richard Klein represented the Murphy Bros. team in this transaction. While there were many people who helped to get this closing to the finish line, particular thanks to Michael Murphy, Jeffrey Bonville, Amy Natsoulis, Eon Nichols, Ken Meccia and James Giordano for their help in getting this done.

In recognition of a great 2024 and in anticipation of an even better 2025, Klein Greco & Associates LLP has made donations to both Feeding Westchester and SPCA Westchester. Recognizing how fortunate we have been this past year, it is important to us to do what we can for those that need, whether it be the people who go hungry every day in Westchester County or the pets that are abused and mistreated and desperately need a home. We hope that we can do more in 2025.
And as this year comes to a close, we wish all of our clients, friends and family a happy and healthy new year. We appreciate all of your support. Happy New Year!!

Klein Greco partner Richard Klein attended the Breakfast Club Group’s holiday party Tuesday night. Richard has been a part of this business development group since its formation 8 years ago. The group not only promotes a Westchester real estate network, but also focuses on philanthropic endeavors. Thanks to everybody who makes this group such a success.

PXG and The Breakfast Club Group (BCG) hosted a breakfast event focusing on the art of networking and business development for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR).

Klein Greco partner Richard Klein attended the Hearts and Shamrocks event last week at Hampshire Country Club which kicks off the Sound Shore St. Patrick’s Day Parade scheduled for March 24th. Richard enjoyed watching the bagpipes and Irish dancers with Parade Marshal Michael Murphy (not pictured), as well as with Ron Kamen and Ken Meccia.

The event was held at Rinconcito Salvadoreno, which was recently featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” a first for a Port Chester restaurant.
