Hard to read. Harder to accept it still happens in a city like New York.

There’s a formula behind pain and suffering and wrongful death claims. The PI industry takes a lot of criticism, but cases like this are exactly why the right to sue matters.
It’s not only about supporting a family through the unimaginable. It’s about creating the financial consequences that force operators, owners, and institutions to change what allowed this to happen.
Civil litigation isn’t just compensation. Sometimes it’s the only thing that drives real change.

When the topic of Jeff Bezos gets brought up, the conversation is usually about how he’s avoided tax obligations and the legality around it. But even if laws changed tomorrow and massive corporations or billionaires paid more in taxes, that alone wouldn’t suddenly fix the reality that nurses, teachers, and everyday people right here in New York are still struggling to get by.
What we need right now is global, systemic change, not just one guy from one company paying more in taxes.

This was the day the marketing team realized that there are simply too many variables to actually do a rapid fire with lawyers. There are no simple answers when it comes to this stuff, but this was insightful nonetheless.

And, we do see this issue come up quite a bit. You want to move fast, we get it, but the entity isn’t as hard as you think, and it’s certainly better long term.
