Tippi's Mortgage Market Update:

Weak jobs report last week, only 57k jobs added vs. 100k expected. That's pulling rates down. But inflation hit 4.2% in May, highest in 3 years, and the Fed is whispering about a possible rate hike. That's pushing rates back up. The next big move happens Monday. June CPI drops 7/14. A cooler number pulls rates down. A hot number pushes them back up.
