Halloween in New Orleans is always something special, and one of our favorite local traditions is right around the corner!

Krewe of BOO! rolls this Saturday, October 24, at 6:30 PM, bringing spooky floats, costumes, music, and plenty of Halloween fun!

We love seeing our city come together for events like this. There's nothing quite like celebrating Halloween New Orleans-style!

🎶 **NOLA Funk Fest Is Back This Weekend!**

One of the things I've always loved about New Orleans is our music. It's a huge part of what makes this city so special!

NOLA Funk Fest is happening October 16–18 at Audubon Aquarium Riverfront Park, bringing together some incredible Louisiana musicians for a weekend of funk, soul, brass bands, great food, and local culture.

After more than 20 years working in real estate throughout Greater New Orleans, I still enjoy seeing events like this bring people together and celebrate everything that makes our city unique.

🏡 Project 7th Street – Episode 5 | Almost Finished!

We're back in the Irish Channel, and this house is looking great!

The exterior is nearly finished with light gray siding, white window trim, and green accents on the front porch. Inside, we've installed the olive-green kitchen cabinets, finished the painting and crown molding, and are working on the floors.

We still have a few things to wrap up, including the driveway, gutters, and landscaping, but we're getting close!

We couldn't do a full interior walkthrough this time because the floors were being finished, but we'll show you everything in the final episode.
