NOBA congratulates our Past President Stephen J. Herman who was sworn in as American Association for Justice parliamentarian at AAJ’s Annual Convention. Steve is a past president of the Louisiana Association for Justice and is special counsel at Fishman Haygood, LLP, New Orleans. The AAJ parliamentarian’s primary responsibility is advising the presiding officers on questions of parliamentary procedure and the association’s charter and bylaws.
