Lottery registration opens June 1 at 8 a.m. Registration closes on June 19 at 5 p.m. for Louisiana Fortify Homes Program.

Condominium Associations: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have updated standards for condominium loans.

In order for buyers/borrowers and developers to obtain a loan backed/underwritten by FNMA or FMAC, there are actions you must take and dates—July 1 and August 3, 2026, and January 4, 2027—that you must comply with.

Otherwise, your condominium unit purchase and/or the development may not qualify for the various FNMA and FMAC loan products.
