I am proud to represent Christopher Strickland, an innocent father wrongfully accused of causing his daughter’s death by “shaken baby syndrome.” The truth is that Chris did not abuse his daughter. In fact, no one did. This case proves there is something worse than being falsely accused of a crime you did not commit — being falsely accused of a crime that never happened. Because of our hard work, and the work of scientists and doctors we sought out to investigate this case, the Strickland family is free to move on with their lives.

This award recognized me for winning a pivotal pre-trial motion resulting in dismissal of charges, and for securing a not guilty verdict at a jury trial this year. Proud to be a member of and this wonderful community!

There’s more than one way to get a win for a client — a dismissal, a not guilty verdict, or… you can get all the State’s evidence suppressed because the police violated your client’s Constitutional rights.
