Happy Friday!! Last night Boling Law Firm received a $12,531,881.95 verdict against Goodyear for our clients mesothelioma in New Orleans. 100% collectible against Goodyear.

Our client, Sergio Morris is an 86 year old veteran who worked in office settings his whole life. He worked at a Kelly Springfield retail tire store for approximately 4 years from 70-74 as a credit manager and office manager. Never personally handled an asbestos brake and was a bystander for around 9-10k brake jobs.

The case was removed and remanded twice within a month, sanctions for Goodyear the second time. Goodyear has appealed both remands to US 5th Circuit. US 5th Circuit has dismissed the first appeal.

Client is an amazing guy who has suffered horrifically and we are ecstatic to get this result for him.
