✨ I do not work a 9-5. I’m available days, weekends and evenings because my schedule revolves around yours.
✨If I am busy and cannot answer-I don’t. I DO get back to you as soon as I can. On vacation, on the boat, at the beach, from the office, from the sidelines of my kids games; I do my very best to respond in a timely manner because I know it is an anxious time. Please call/text as much as you need! I’m here to ease those concerns and answer any questions.
✨ Think you want a raised ranch and then realize you hate them? No big deal. Open concept too modern? Search refined. You need to go in person to see, feel and narrow down what you love and don’t. I never take offense when you say you don’t like something because it’s not personal.
✨ You LIVE in your home, so I am not expecting to walk into a museum when we have a listing appointment. Clutter, mess, kids, pets, whatever might be making you nervous, please know I am not judging. We are a team and I am there to help you create a plan to maximize your profit.
