Imagine studying harder for your e-bike test than you did in high school… only to find out there is no test. 😂

In New York, qualifying e-bikes generally don’t require a driver’s license or DMV registration.

All that studying for nothing.

The traffic laws, unfortunately, are still on the test of life.

If you’re injured on an e-bike in an accident involving a motor vehicle in New York, you may be entitled to No-Fault benefits depending on the circumstances.
