D'Elia Gillooly DePalma LLC is seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience to handle plaintiff's personal injury and claimant's workers' compensation claims.
The position will involve immediate client contact and courtroom experience. The attorney will be responsible for all aspects of a case, from start to finish, including:
-client intake;
-drafting of pleadings, motions and discovery;
-reviewing medical records;
-arguing motions in court;
-attending workers' compensation hearings;
-preparing and attending client depositions;
-taking of adverse depositions
Strong legal research and writing skills are required.
Applicants should be self motivated, mature and conscientious. The ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of cases is a necessity. Applicants must be able to work independently and be problem solvers.
