Jim resides on Candlewood Lake in New Fairfield, CT with his wife, of 27 years, Laura and their children Julia 22 and James 19. Jim first received his Real Estate license in 1989 when the market and economic downturns mirrored much of what we all face these past few years. In December of 1993 he was offered a CFO & GM position for a multimedia presentation and communications agency in Manhattan. A

fter 12 years of commuting to NYC Jim felt it was time for a change and return to his true passion for Real Estate. Jim has the unique ability to show Waterfront homes on Candlewood Lake by boat. It gives his clients a very unique perspective to lake living and makes for a great day of fun. Jim has successfully negotiated and closed 29 Short Sales relieving his clients from under water properties and allowing them to start over.
