Did you know that issues with contracts, title searches, unpaid liens, or missed deadlines can delay a real estate closing even after an offer has already been accepted?

Many buyers and sellers do not realize how many moving parts are involved behind the scenes of a real estate transaction until a problem unexpectedly appears days before closing.

Having a real estate attorney involved early in the process can help identify potential issues sooner, keep communication moving between all parties, and help protect your interests throughout the transaction.

At Catina Law, PLLC, we help clients throughout New York and New Jersey navigate residential real estate transactions with greater clarity and confidence from contract to closing.

A real estate transaction can look perfectly fine on the surface, while major issues are sitting underneath it.

Contract language, inspection contingencies, title concerns, closing timelines, unexpected fees, and financing delays can quickly turn what should be an exciting process into an overwhelming one when the details are not handled properly from the beginning.

Whether you are buying or selling real estate in New York or New Jersey, having the right legal guidance matters long before closing day.

At Catina Law, PLLC, we help clients move through transactions with clarity, protection, and confidence so they can avoid unnecessary stress, delays, and costly surprises later on.

If you are preparing for a real estate transaction in New York or New Jersey, reach out to our team to learn how we can support you throughout the process.
