“I was told I need an apostille… now what?”
I hear that a lot! To be honest - I had no idea what this was until I started my notary business and since then, I've learned so much.
If you’re sending documents to another country — whether it’s for dual citizenship, marriage, school, adoption, PoA, or business — they often require an apostille from the state where the document originated from.
That process can feel confusing if you’ve never done it before, especially if it needs to be handled in a different state from where you live now. There are specific steps, and if something is missing, it gets rejected and you start over costly precious time and money.
That’s why I don’t just notarize your documents and wish you luck. I help guide the apostille process so it’s handled correctly the first time and can actually take over the process for you! And don't worry - I can even help you if you don't live near me in Texas.
If you’re dealing with international paperwork, message me before mailing anything off or driving to the SoS. It’s always easier (and cheaper) to do it right the first time!
Professional, efficient, and local to many!
