📜 “Without a plan, the court decides. With a plan, your family does.”

Most people think estate planning is just for the wealthy or the elderly. Not true. If something happens to you and there’s no plan in place, your loved ones won’t just be grieving — they’ll be stuck in a legal mess.

With a proper estate plan, your family stays in control — not the court, not the state, not a stranger in a robe.

Happy Law Day! ⚖️

Estate planning isn’t just about filling in blanks — it’s about using the law to protect everything you’ve built and everyone you love.

Tools like ChatGPT can’t interpret legal nuances or tailor strategies to your family’s needs. That’s why you need a real attorney who understands how to apply the law to your unique life.

This Law Day, honor your future by making a legally sound plan — the kind that actually holds up when it matters most.

Work with a lawyer.

Protect your legacy.

🚨 ESTATE PLANNING MYTH BUSTED 🚨
“Wait… I’m too young to need a will or trust?!”

This local family reached out to me just last week 👀
We sat down, talked through their goals, and here’s what they believed:

❌ Estate planning is only for the wealthy
❌ They’re too young to worry about it
❌ Everything would “just go” to their spouse automatically

But here’s what we actually uncovered… 👇

✅ Without a plan, the state decides who gets what
✅ Minor children? The court decides who raises them
✅ Probate can be time-consuming, public, and expensive

So here’s what we did… 👇

🏡 Created a customized estate plan to protect their family
📄 Put the right legal documents in place to avoid probate
👨‍👩‍👧 Gave them peace of mind knowing their kids are protected

…and just like that 👇

💥 From uncertainty to COMPLETE clarity in one meeting

This is exactly why having the right attorney matters.

Too many families think they’re “not ready” — when in reality, they’re one step away from being fully protected.

If you’ve ever wondered:
👉 “Do I really need a will or trust?”
👉 “What happens to my kids if something happens to me?”
👉 “Can I avoid probate in Texas?”

The answer might surprise you 🙌

Let’s build a plan that works for YOU.
