Got my first 1 star ⭐️ review and it wasn’t even my client! It was from the buy side when I represented the seller. My seller? He told me otherwise; extremely happy with my service so I’m not too hurt about this, but it is negative for my brokerage and my name.
If you want to read his bad review, it’s up there! I contacted his agent and asked him to reach out to his clients and remove it.
What was the fuss? We just closed on Friday (technically funds and docs were secured Monday) but nonetheless, I told the agent on two separate occasions (before closing) that our yard sign would be removed on 9/24 (today). It is definitely being removed today, but apparently the buyer didn’t get the memo? He is mad because the sign is still there. He also jabbed that it wasn’t posted as pending on the lawn sign, but I don’t do this with every property. I received so many call from potential buyers on this one because my name rider has my contact info on it, so I left it up there.
He goes on to seem upset it took 5-6 weeks to close, but here’s the thing, Mr. Buyer who I have no fiduciary relationship with, YOUR lender needed that time.
