The final walkthrough is one of the last steps before closing.

This is our opportunity to confirm that the home is in the expected condition, agreed-upon repairs appear complete, and the items included in the sale are still present.

We are also looking for any significant changes that may have happened since the last showing or inspection.

It is an exciting visit because closing is finally within reach, but it's still an important part of protecting the buyer's interests.

I’ll tell you- my husband taking two truck beds full of trash to the dump is everything I need to know about this being so healthy for our family not just for the physical aspect of the gym at the finish line- but we have been holding on to so much junk. 😭
