Each month, we host two team trainings focused on helping our agents grow, both personally and professionally. We talk about current market strategies, ways to sharpen their skills as REALTORS®, tools and technology, business development, and topics our agents want more education on.

And one of the things we love most? Our agents help shape the training.

Sometimes we bring in vendors or industry experts to share their knowledge. Other times, one of our own agents steps up to teach the group and share what they know.
