The bill had a look back that victims of all abuse, including child s*x abuse could go back and seek justice while I understand the mayors concern about lawyers, taking advantage it was unwise of him to veto a bill that would help victims heal .  This is a double blow this week as a court threw out close to 500 adult survivor cases involving rapes and s*xual sites and prisons, and now the mayor of New York City vetoes a bill that was worthy of being signed.
