Menasha High School has been named one of just 40 finalists nationwide in T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights competition, and one of only 10 schools representing the Midwest. Just by making it this far, Menasha has already earned $25,000.

The top school can earn $250,000 and move on for a chance at the $1 MILLION grand prize for a home field upgrade.

Calder Stadium and the Menasha community was heavily damaged in the July tornado. Winning this award would be an incredible opportunity.

You can vote once every day through October 25.

Cathy Z. marked an incredible 36 years with Remley Law this week!

We could never thank her enough for the time, talent, and dedication she has shared with our firm and our clients over the years.

Today we celebrated Cathy Zanto on an incredible 35 years of supporting our estate planning and real estate attorneys, such as Wyon Wiegratz (pictured), Tim Anderson, James Phelan and Matt Borkovec. Cathy was Atty. James Cummings’ legal assistant for many years before his retirement from the firm. Thank you, Cathy, for your dedication and talents over all these years!

Having a Payable on Death (POD) or Transfer on Death (TOD) designation is a common way to help avoid probate, and in many cases, it works exactly as intended. But, they can also create problems when beneficiary designations are outdated.

Marriage, divorce, births, deaths, and other life events can all impact whether your designations still align with your wishes.

Regularly reviewing your beneficiary forms is an important part of a well-maintained estate plan.

If you can’t remember the last time you reviewed your beneficiary designations, consider this your friendly reminder.
