Investing in High-Interest Liens for Luxury Properties 💰

In this video, I discuss a property valued at around $5.5 to $6 million located on 101st Way in Scottsdale, which has a lien of only $39,300. I explain how we can bid on this lien in a bid-down auction, starting with a 16% interest rate, and I emphasize my strategy to aim for at least 10% interest due to the high likelihood of the property being redeemed quickly. I believe that investors who accept lower interest rates are missing out on a great opportunity given the property's value. I encourage you to consider this approach as we look at other properties as well.
