Can your agent actually do this job? ๐Ÿ‘€

One or two deals a year? Okay, but how are they staying sharp? Taking classes? Involved in the industry? Or just popping up when thereโ€™s a commission check?

Your home deserves more than someoneโ€™s occasional side quest.

The Destination is the easy part. Let us handle your Journey! ๐Ÿฆ

If thereโ€™s one thing we know besides houses, itโ€™s good coffee. Some might call it a problem. We call it supporting local business. โ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚

House Haven Coffee in Goodlettsville has coffee, pastries, and goodies from Healthy Body Bakery and Lavender Moon Bakery. Just getting coffee? Let us know how that works out when you see the treats ๐Ÿ˜‹

And at night, it turns into Whispers Underground, a speakeasy. ๐Ÿ‘€ So yes, weโ€™ll need to come back. For research, obviously.

Send this to the friend whoโ€™s always ready for a coffee run. Or a night out. We found you both.

Your Destination Finders team joined forces with today๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’š and brought perfect weather, good energy, and a whole lot of trash that is NOT on our streets anymore ๐Ÿ™Œ

In just ONE hour this team pulled 54 pounds of trash off the streets of Old Hickory Village ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช Thatโ€™s what happens when community shows up with intention.

Huge love and gratitude to ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’š for the incredible work you do all over Middle Tennessee. You make it fun AND you make a difference.

Big love to our Representative Shaundell Brooks for showing up for the neighborhood! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ A massive thank you to the Mavens, our Old Hickory neighbors and everyone who stepped up to be a part of this event with our team and rolling up your sleeves with us ๐Ÿ‘‘โœจ

Every piece of litter is a choice, and so is picking it up. Letโ€™s choose better. ๐ŸŒŽ Keep it in your car, carry it to a can, and treat our streets like the home they are. What we put out into the world comes back to us. ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ’™

We had to rank a few of our favorite things about 1116 Westchester Drive, but honestly, choosing just six was hard! ๐Ÿก

The spacious yard, flexible bonus room, updated kitchen, original hardwood floors, and all those big updates make this home worth a look. And now itโ€™s $399,900, which means you can find an updated Nashville home on 0.65 acres for under $400,000! โœจ

Come see it for yourself at our open house this Saturday, September 26, from 2โ€“4 PM.
