Another incredible closing day in the books! 🏡✨
Huge congratulations to two amazing sets of clients on closing their beautiful new chapters yesterday at 506 Merritt Ave in the heart of Wedgewood-Houston and 4224 Henslowe Rd in Columbia.
There’s nothing better than being trusted to guide wonderful people through such an important moment in their lives. From the first conversations to the final signatures, every step of the journey was an absolute pleasure.
Grateful for the relationships, the stories, and the opportunity to help my clients move confidently into exciting new beginnings. Here’s to fresh starts, new memories, and the next chapter ahead!

Happy birthday, Emma-Ryen!! What can I say about the person that changed my life forever? I just can’t believe 14 years have gone by in a blink of an eye I tried to pick pictures that would capture you but there’s no way to do that. There are so many sides of you that cannot be summed up in eight little frames here on Instagram! You’re glorious and vibrant, you are Moody and exuberant! The things that you have overcome to become the spectacular talent that you are. From the day you stood at that window, looking in at the ballet studio wanting to be a dancer, to this year, winning the 2026 shining star scholarship gold award from TPAC! It’s all so mind blowing how resilient you are. But mostly you are my daughter and my heart is full of love for you. I never knew the capacity I had to love until my children came along. It’s astounding really. All that to say that today you are 14 years old and you are the most exquisite, lovely, fantastic human! Happy birthday, my darling. I love you forever, plus one day…

Saturday night was one for the books!!

The attention to detail — every strand, every style — locked in like it was part of the setlist. Rock & roll isn’t just about what you hear… it’s about what you see, feel, and experience. And these guys delivered on every level.

Hitting the road with Gin Blossoms for a little music, a lot of miles, and just the right amount of bus hang. Next stops: Bristol, VA and Portsmouth, VA.

There’s nothing like chasing songs across state lines, late-night laughs on the bus, and that moment when the lights go down and the first chord hits. Grateful for the ride, the music, and the people you meet along the way.

Listing a home is not just putting a sign in the yard and placing it on the MLS, it’s telling the story of the love and memories of the family that lives in the home now and what the future could hold for the next family! It’s holding open houses so those stories can be told and appreciated. I remember having 4 houses on the market, at the same time, on my street in my old neighborhood, Southern Meadows Murfreesboro. I held 4 open houses, every week, at the same time with a very solid turnout. I sold all 4 within 45 days of each other, just by telling stories, meeting future neighbors and mainly serving the clients needs. It’s amazing what can be accomplished if you have the imagination and the work ethic. I’d love to tell your story!
