We were confident in the layout, list price, and how we matched up against competition in the area, but we knew that we needed the above enhancements to attract a strong level of buyer interest in today's market. End result: multiple offers and selling for all cash $702,000 over list price. The news talks about how the market has slowed in 2025.  This is true. However, the top 10-20% of inventory (straightforward layout, shows well, and priced right) is getting most of the buyer attention, and still selling quickly with multiple offers.
