It started with one complicated probate closing that her previous title company would have rescheduled.
We handled it in-house the same week. She called afterward and said "I didn't know title companies could do that." Twenty-two closings followed. No pitch. No pressure. Just doing the work well enough that she kept coming back.
That is the only business development strategy we believe in.

One Tuesday. Three simultaneous crises. Every single one closed by 3pm.
A lien, a trust document problem, and a missing wire all hitting at the same time. What saved all three was not luck. It was having a team of attorneys who treat "we cannot fix this today" as an unacceptable answer.
This is Bell Law on a hard day.
