When a prenup is challenged, every detail matters—and sometimes the evidence comes from unexpected places.
According to _Us Weekly_, Kandi Burruss is using footage from her Bravo wedding special to argue that her husband, Todd Tucker, had legal counsel and agreed to the terms of their 2014 prenuptial agreement, despite his recent claims to the contrary.
Tucker alleges he didn’t have a chance to consult an attorney, making the prenup unenforceable. But reality TV says otherwise. The couple filmed the prenup process before the agreement was executed and before they were married, with Burruss’ lawyer noting that Tucker even stated he was “good to sign” after speaking with his attorney both on and off camera.
