🔥🔥DCS WORKERS CAN BE HELD LIABLE!!!!🔥🔥
I was in the beginning stages of building .mfn when I took this case on.
Had I not been building what felt like was Noah's Ark in my head, I would not have been in a position to help this family.
I created methods I now train on from fighting this Goliath as I organized lawyers, experts, and organizations near and far to help overcome such evil.
Because of the strategic work we did, we were able to force the return of the children after 56 days in DCS custody wrongfully.
But it didn't stop there. This was too grave of an injustice to turn a blind eye to like so many often do, so I collaborated and organized with civil rights lawyers to take on the lawsuit to address their rights being violated.
Well, that has definitely paid off for more than just this family! DCS has hidden behind immunity for years while doing great harm to families and children.
But because I happened to be building something WAYYYY bigger than myself, I was able to help expose this. 👉🏽Even though, at the time, many said nothing could be done.👉🏽 Even though I am still fighting a bar complaint for my involvement. 👉🏽Even though I doubted myself at times.
💥The fact that DCS can not hide behind immunity for violating their rights is a huge for any and everyone who has encounters with DCS!💥

🗣TRUST YOURSELF IN SPITE OF THE GASLIGHTING!! You know when something is not right. SO CALL THAT SH*T OUTTTTTT!!!!!!!!
Treat these systems like the evils they are.😤 Call them by name. Expose their ugly underbelly. We need more advocates showing up instead of riding the fence.👈🏽
