Have you worked at Carson’s on Main or Carson’s at Andover as a Server or Bartender? You may be owed wages.
Our firm has filed a class and collective action lawsuit in Kentucky federal court under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Kentucky state law on behalf of servers, bartenders and other tipped employees who have worked at Carson’s. The lawsuit alleges that Carson’s violated the tip credit provisions of the FLSA and Kentucky state law by requiring these tipped employees to share tips with employees who are not eligible to receive tips (like barbacks and bussers) and by requiring them to perform significant amounts of non-tip producing work (such as opening and closing “side work”), among other things. The lawsuit also alleges that these tipped employees were subject to an illegal mandatory tip pool.
If you worked at Carson’s on Main or Carson’s at Andover and wish to learn more or join this case, you may call us at (615) 244-2202.

The lawsuit alleges that Carson’s Food & Drink violated wage laws, tip pooling regulations and required employees to work in two roles without paying them minimum wage at both of its Lexington locations.
